My verse from the Bible for the year:
I am the Lord, God of all mankind, is anything too difficult for me? Jeremiah 32:27
GOD IS SO GOOD!!! Tuesday morning I prayed specifically for guidance in a situation I percieved as discouraging, and by Tuesday afternoon, God had provided an answer, and not just once, but He doubly blessed me!!! Praise the Lord!!!
Everything is puttering right along on the farm. Isabella, the mini donkey, is settling right in. My mama discovered she really likes apples, so let's just say we have been spoiling her. My husband goes out on the front porch about 4:45 to check things out every morning, and she greets him LOUDLY. Good thing we don't have any close neighbors. She also tells us goodbye when we leave for school and hello when we come home from work. Spring is in the air, and so are the spring storms. Possible severe thunderstorm is lurking out west of us right now.
I have been dyeing a little more fiber, and am drooling over some raw coopsworth fiber on the internet that I would love to get my hands on. All of the roving in the previous post's picture is on the Sarah Kate page now, except the orange/pink. It is going to have to be run through the drum carder. Hopefully I will get the newest ones in the store by this weekend,
